Be Incorporated Files Suit Against Microsoft for Violations of Antitrust Laws. Be Inc, the now-dissolved company behind the failed alternate operating system BeOS, are suing Micro$oft because M$ made it more or less impossible for them to penetrate the home computer market. Or any other market, for that matter. Talk about David & Goliath... go you good thing!
