Computer-drawing program allows blind to 'see' - not just see, but draw as well. The blind are able to visualise graphics in their mind's eye; so they just need to the tools create the image. A blind engineering student was prompted to research methods of drawing on screen after being forced to hand an assignment in late, because an artist wasn't available.
