Making Flash Usable for Users With Disabilities (Alertbox Oct. 2002) - Jakob Nielsen gives a relatively optimistic rundown of accessible Flash content. What he doesn't mention is the attitude of many Flash developers - "it's art and I don't care if you don't have broadband/enough RAM/eyesight.....". The technology is now available to make accessible Flash, thanks to Flash MX. But getting people to use it the right way is an entirely different question.
