The Courier Mail: Council moves on building-site noise [17feb03]. Hoo-fuckin-ray. My day started at 6:10am today, when the building site across the road got going. No legislation allows noise at that time of the morning; although for some reason building sites are allowed to fuck your sleep up from 6:30am instead of the usual 7:00am for anything else. Crabby? Yes. YOU live across the road from a building site sometime.
