Australian IT | Coles calls back Delhi call centre. RETAILING giant Coles Myer has brought its credit card operations from a Delhi call centre back to Melbourne amid union claims of a customer backlash.
Eeeeexcellent. I hate getting forwarded to international call centres. I don't care what they claim - I've had many operators with accents so thick I couldn't understand a word... and apparently they couldn't understand me either. It doesn't work!
